WOMEN’S FUND LUNCHEON

Shelby Community Foundation invites you to our Annual Women’s Fund Luncheon and Vendor Showcase Friday, October 12, 2018 at Cherry Creek Golf Club. The Luncheon speaker topic this year is ”Opioid Addiction in Macomb”. Our theme is: “Women Helping Women; Step it up!” Luncheon proceeds will benefit women and children in our community. Attendees will enjoy lunch in a country club setting and a quality shopping experience while being informed about a serious issue in our community. Tickets are $35.00 per person

What is a community foundation?
A Community Foundation is a publicly supported philanthropic organization with the long term goal of building permanent funds and establishing funds for donors and their charitable interests for the well-being of the total community.
Serving the community since 1996
The Shelby Community Foundation has raised over $1.6 million, awarded $122,000 in scholarships, granted over $620,000 for community programs and has established over $637,000 in endowments.
The Shelby Community Foundation awards grants three times a year. Grant applications are due February 1st, June 1st, and October 1st.
Scholarships are given each year to high school seniors who are Shelby Township residents.
